Tonukari Commends Oborevwori’s Excellence In Managing Delta’s Resources”

The Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Prof. Nyerhovwo Johnbull Tonukari has praised Governor Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori as the best financial manager ever.
Prof Tonukari commended Gov Oborevwori during the 111th Inaugural Lecture of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, on Thursday, April 3, 2025. The lecture, titled “Biotechnology: From Laboratory to the Factory,” highlights Tonukari’s expertise in promoting higher education in Delta State.
According Prof Tonukari, “I cannot be grateful enough to the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt Hon Elder Sheriff Oborevwori for appointing me Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education. I must confess that I am so lucky to serve under this bold visionary, astute administrator and the most intelligent and prudent financial manager that I have ever met. I have learnt a lot from his Excellency”.
Gov Oborevwori was represented by Dr. Festus Okubor at the 111th Inaugural Lecture of DELSU, Abraka.
